I enjoyed playing Life is Strange on my own, though it’s fun to share with others. I also heard Stanley’s Parable is great, and I’ll try playing with her soon.

Lego games are easy to get into, are co-op, and there are that many there is a decent chance there is one out there on a franchise she enjoys. That is the key I think, getting good ideas here is one thing, but if there is something she enjoys that has a (good) game, then that is probably better. First game my girlfriend wanted to play was Arkham Asylum, she was reading the comic as part of her degree and also wanted to play the game.
