Did you apply these Asus applications during the driver reinstallation for your network, or were only the Intel network drivers updated? ASUS Turbo LAN Utility and ASUS LAN Guard.

I believe I didn't install them. I visited the ASUS Prime Z390A support page and downloaded several drivers like LAN, CHIPSET, SATA, and possibly FIRMWARE.

The information on the Asus website may not always reflect the most up-to-date drivers. You can access Intel for the latest available drivers here:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...etect.html
Additionally, please share your ISP's network speeds (both upstream and downstream).

I just installed it and it said there were no new updates for any drivers. But what about the ASUS LAN GUARD and ASUS turbo lan? It seems like you're wondering about download and upload speeds, which are 95Mbit on both with a 6ms response time.

It would be helpful to know if you're using any streaming or recording applications while gaming online. Also, what amount of memory are you allocating—1x16GB or 2x8GB?

Good on the memory, dual channel setup offers improved performance.
Do you have an SSD or HDD installed for Windows and games? Which storage type are you using?
What are your CPU and GPU usage levels during typical gaming sessions?
