I just discovered my old PNY NVIDIA 210 and recall playing Garry's Mod at around 12 frames per second—significantly smoother than the integrated graphics on my old AM2 motherboard. Anyone else remember using budget graphics cards?

It was really great how your old GT610 performed, what's up with your question?

You own a 7660G, but it's not very recent—it just feels outdated.

I run Intel HD4600 graphics on my laptop, yet source games perform well there. Smite and Civilization V also work fine.

I owned a laptop equipped with a GeForce 310M. At GTA4's lowest settings I was getting 10-15 frames per second, and Minecraft barely hit 40. Even after upgrading my CPU to 324Mhz and 744Mhz, the performance didn't improve much. The graphics card performed exceptionally well for its time. Now I can clearly see every frame under 60fps, but after an hour of gaming at full speed I start feeling a bit of a headache.

Played old AC games on my HD3450 with 20-25 FPS at low settings and 800x600 resolution. Nostalgic moments
