It began when I was playing Assassins Creed Valhalla, and the stuttering was really common which bothered me a lot. At first I didn’t realize it was happening, but later it appeared in Assassins Creed Mirage and Hogwarts Legacy too. I adjusted the game settings, but nothing changed. My frame rates stayed stable, yet my GPU usage hovered near 80% and CPU around 60%. When the CPU usage climbed past 80%, especially above 90%, stuttering would occur. I tested different resolutions like 1080p, 1440p, and 4K, plus tweaked settings such as V sync and DLSS, but it didn’t help. Ray Tracing was turned off. My system specs are an Intel i7 9700k with 16GB RAM, RTX 2070, running Windows 10. Any suggestions on fixing the stutter would be great.
