Hello, I've been facing an issue for a long time without finding a solution. I checked everywhere but nothing worked. I have a GTX 1660 Super with an i5 10400, 16GB RAM, and a B460M AORUS Pro. I always play games at the lowest settings because I compete. During the day it feels sluggish and slow, even though my PC runs at 165Hz. At night it improves dramatically—it feels like I'm playing on top-of-the-line hardware. I’m searching for a fix and have tried three different computers, but the problem persists in all of them. I’m from Tunisia, where the standard voltage is 230V and frequency is 50Hz. Could this be related to my power supply? I’ve had this issue for over three years and don’t think it’s related to me.

It seems the issue lies with your ISP or your internet service, not your computer's performance. Your high-end PC isn't the cause.

The main concerns seem to be ISP throttling during the day or your PC overheating and reducing performance at night. Check your temperatures to ensure they’re within safe limits. If they’re too high, consider improving cooling with a better cooler or additional fans.

Sure, you're welcome. Could the ISP or your internet connection be affecting the game's performance? It might be related to latency. The temperature seems consistent, but it could be around 5 degrees lower at night.

Consider asking your ISP for a new modem or router. Check if your setup uses Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Try linking your PC directly via an Ethernet cable to see if performance improves. If it's wireless, relocate your device to a more stable area.

I'm struggling with this setup but I'm getting decent latency in all games. I've also tested 4G, but it hasn't improved things.
