Hello once more, dear members of this forum.
I recently attended a fighting games tournament about a week ago. There I witnessed something truly impressive and straightforward that left me in wonder for a while, watching someone practice for the Dragon Ball competition. This person had a suction cup phone stand on the side of his fightstick and a Nintendo Switch resting on the phone holder. A USB to USB dongle and a Mayflash adapter linked his fightstick to the Switch, creating what seemed like the most portable "arcade" configuration I've ever seen. Artistic version:
The "Uff 9000" is what I'll name it.
My challenge is figuring out how far I can get to the Uff 9000 using x86 hardware and Windows.

The concept aims to use this setup in environments where traditional options are limited, such as on buses or airports. A medium to small laptop with sufficient battery life could work well, and ideally it should also fit on a fightstick.
