Activate DSR in the Nvidia Control Panel, navigate to CS:GO video settings, and select 2560x1440. This ensures your GPU renders the game at 1440p and downscales to 1080p.

The issue is that DSR won't appear as native resolution, so if possible, upgrade to a higher resolution monitor.

After passing the point of viewing pixels, the textures appear much clearer since they’re rendered at a higher resolution.
