Playing RAGE MP keeps RAM usage consistently high, around 88-90%. This sustained load could strain performance over time. Overheating isn't directly caused by this usage but may occur if cooling isn't adequate. Your system specs show a decent setup, but prolonged high demand might affect stability.

RAM is designed for active use. Leaving it empty results in unused memory. When your computer runs low on available RAM, it moves data to a temporary storage area on fixed storage.

Your SSD will see increased usage, though probably not a cause for concern. A common guideline is to replace it when it reaches 75% capacity. It might be time to consider a 32GB upgrade or switching to a different storage platform.

The CPU can get too hot, yet switching from 4 GB to 16 GB won’t significantly affect the temperature. If you’re not utilizing the RAM, then its presence isn’t necessary.
