When I play any game or just use my PC, the monitor turns black and I have to shut it down. After restarting, a white light error appears, so I use HDMI to power on the system without issues. In Device Manager, the Radeon graphics device is disabled. If anyone knows how to resolve this problem, please help me. My components include an RX 6800 gaming trio, a Ryzen 5600, an Asus B550 ROG STRIX, and an EVGA 700 watt PSU.

You're connecting via HDMI and determining whether it's the motherboard or the graphics card handling the connection. The graphics card's age is also relevant. A riser is in use? What power supply model are you employing? Are there any software programs installed that could affect driver performance?

I can address certain issues that don't involve connecting the HDMI to the motherboard. I plug it into my GPU since that's the only method we know works, and my graphics card is about a year old. The PSU model is an EVGA Golden 750 watt. We believe the problem might be with Windows resetting our drivers, though we haven't used a riser yet.
