Playing after work
Playing after work
You play games to relax after a long day. Right now, I’m enjoying Age of Wonder 3 because my job feels so boring. It helps me clear my mind.
I don’t have a job (I’m just an intern). I spend some time unwinding on YouTube.
Skyrim and the latest FFXIV. Attempting to cut down on CS:GO since it’s exhausting me after all the activity.
I enjoy playing RTS games after work, like Company of Heroes 2 or Total War titles.
There are various types of RTS options available. SC2 is a good example. You might also explore MOBAs, which offer depth and complexity but require significant time to grasp. For slower-paced games, consider 4x titles. Civilization 5 with expansions works well, and mods can enhance it further. Paradox grand strategy games are another option. Crusader Kings 2, Europa Universalis 4, Hearts of Iron 3, and Victoria 2 are popular choices. The newest ones are Civilization 5 and its expansions, while older titles like the first two Paradox games remain relevant. Each game has unique mechanics despite similar appearances.
CS:GO remains a popular choice for me now. I wasn't sure it would make a comeback after being away for over five years. Right now, my top RTS is Wargame Red Dragon. It's considered one of the best at the moment, though it does require some time to grasp. The game feels realistic with a slight futuristic twist, around ten years ahead, and attracts skilled players.
