Hey there, I'm sorry about the bike accident. It sounds tough since you've got a wrist, thumb, and foot injury. Your left hand coordination is fine, so you might still be able to play some games. Let me know if you want suggestions for hand-free or adaptive gaming options! Thanks in advance for your help.

It might seem unusual, but you could use a left-handed mouse for a MOBA and assign key shortcuts like WASD to buttons on the mouse. You could also set up a racing wheel that works while playing and might be useful later. Good luck with your left-handed MOBA mouse!

There's a peripheral call a stinky pad i believe, you can bind keys to it and hit them with your remaining good foot

I reviewed a demo from last year: https://hackaday.com/2013/07/05/playstat...-movement/. You might want to experiment with the tiny keypad device. Certain titles let you manipulate characters like in original Doom, where keys toggle between aiming and moving. Otherwise, you might need a DDR pad and some physical input. RTS and Civilization games could help you improve for a while.
