The 780 works too; the 980 is sufficient. GTA relies on the configuration. When you set all controls fully to the right, it becomes very tough. Still, the 980 performs well at 1440p.
He’s smoothing out the performance across all those titles at 1440 60fps. Full settings for Forza, Witcher in high mode with hair off, and ROTTR cranked up. Everything runs without an issue.
They mentioned a few of the newer titles, not every one. And yes, I verified the 980 supports 4K in several games. I’m able to run Procject Cars at high settings and keep 60fps smoothly.
