Prison Architect appears appealing, though it lacks early access and is running on steam-60. >Plaigue Inc. states it’s available on steam, iOS, and possibly Android. >Hearts of Iron 3 is a moderately demanding WWII strategy game; on Steam, I recommend browsing the casual section.
