You recently returned to Warzone after a long break and didn’t remember the reason for uninstalling it. Once you started playing, the performance dropped significantly—from 60 to around 33fps regardless of your settings. It seems the game isn’t running smoothly on your system, especially when other games are open. You removed the player folder and saw a small improvement, averaging about 55fps when you’re alone. Your default frame rate is stuck at 69, and it resets to that value even if you try to change it. The Dynamic Resolution feature also doesn’t work at all. With your specs (GTX 1080, 16GB RAM, i7-7700HQ, 2.80GHz CPU), the issue might be related to resource allocation or driver conflicts.

It seems like intense gaming conditions. My setup was a 1080ti and a friend's 2080, but after certain updates, frame rates would frequently drop to around 30 FPS regardless of quality settings. They addressed it in the next patch, though it caused other issues. I played at 1080p specifically to maximize my chances of getting a stable framerate. I even ran the game on an SSD.
