Play through Crash and Freeze in games, need assistance? Let me know how I can help!
I’m facing a problem over the past two days. I’m trying to play various games on my PC—from League of Legends to Call of Duty Mobile—and it keeps crashing and freezing after just a few minutes. Eventually, I get kicked out. I ran some tests yesterday on my GPU and CPU, and checked via CMD; my HDD and NVMe seem fine. The issue started suddenly after the latest update for Call of Duty Mobile. Any suggestions?
My setup includes:
- Ryzen 7 2700X
- Gigabyte Gtx 1660 Super with triple fans
- G-Skill Ripjaws 16GB, 3200MHz
- Aorus B450 Pro
- Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W
Check the reliability log for any error messages, alerts, or notes linked to the crashes and freezes. Determine the age of the power supply unit (PSU) by reviewing its specifications or checking when it was installed.
Hi, thank you for your reply.
I’ll check it out and let you know the results.
My PSU is under 1.5 years old.
My storage drives include an NVMe drive—Kingston A2000 with 250GB capacity—and I store my games and other apps on a standard HDD, specifically a WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm drive.
The NVMe has about 154GB free space, while my HDD has roughly 600GB available.
That’s all for now.
I’ll review the reliability history, and AI will keep you updated.
Thanks!
