Your gaming PC is positioned about 25-26 feet from your TV. You're considering using the Nvidia Shield Pro, but the proximity makes it less ideal. Connecting your PC to the TV and peripherals would be beneficial. Using a Bluetooth controller like the 8bitdo Pro 2, plus wireless mouse and keyboard with a Bluetooth/2.4G receiver, could enhance your setup. In short, you're looking to extend display and peripheral range over roughly 26 feet. The line of sight is good, so you might be thinking about mm-wave display tech, though I'm not sure it's fully ready yet. Cables should work fine. Also, you have internet access via WiFi or a mobile hotspot from a closet about 30 feet away, which isn't in line of sight. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks! That statement is clear and makes perfect sense. Your gaming PC seems disconnected from itself, possibly split or malfunctioning. Check the peripherals that haven’t been linked yet. For the display, there are some very long HDMI cables available—around 10 meters—and I believe DP also has 10-meter cables ready to go. Just locate a suitable HDMI or DP cable for your setup.

With a site line at 7.92 meters, the cable installation could extend up to 15 meters or beyond. This is feasible and can be executed very efficiently.

Oops, I missed the signal from your gaming PC to the TV. I guess I wasn’t focused enough.

I own a 30m active optical HDMI cable extending from my PC to the TV in the hallway. It performs exceptionally well when I switch content, gliding smoothly despite the actual distance being only about 7m. The path is mostly straight through the ceiling, avoiding any wall runs due to the concrete surroundings. For the peripherals, there will always be some latency, but it shouldn't be as noticeable as with traditional cables. Unless you're aiming for competitive gaming, it should work just fine.

Great idea, I'll give it a try. Mostly role-playing games.

I operate at 4k120/8bit/4:4:4 in 100 feet using this optical HDMI cable: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZKDL9N9 (the 100' option is no longer available... disappointing). My USB over CAT6 extension: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MQ4833Y functions smoothly with no noticeable delay.
