R* attempts to counter online cheaters yet promotes DLC through excessively low prices. If you're struggling with your character, send an email and mention you didn't install the singleplayer mods.

It doesn't make sense to ask for a refund from Steam since you're right about it. It was your mistake for not checking more thoroughly.

yeah unfortunately. It's a great game, but I find the multiplayer to be a bit caner anyways. That and the suspension for graphical mods in MP without warning is sad, understandable I guess, but sad.
