There are ongoing issues with running GTA V on laptops using both integrated and dedicated graphics cards. The scale of the problem remains significant, and it appears to be an active concern rather than fully resolved.

It has been resolved to my knowledge. If not, you may turn off the built-in GPU in the BIOS settings.
