Thank you for the guidance. I'm unsure if bottom, top, or front is the optimal position for mounting the AIO. Could you provide more details?

When you mount the GPU in front, the cooling performance may be less efficient.
The 1070 model isn't very power-hungry, so front mounting the AIO might work.
For larger GPUs, it's best to place the rad at the top for better exhaust.
The 360mm AIO you selected can handle the 13700k even with hot air from the GPU.
A case with three front fans as intake would provide a mix of fresh and exhaust air.
For gaming, the 13700k usually stays under 150W when running normally. I tend to focus more on the GPU with a 360mm AIO as exhaust.
