You're seeing unusual IP addresses because Pingplotter is displaying the results in a different format than what you expect. These IPs likely represent the source or destination of packets, not your local network. Check your actual ping output for the correct IPs and ensure you're using the right device to run the tool.

You're examining an IPv6 address that has been around for some time, and it's being promoted as a replacement for IPv4. Many believe we've used up all IPv4 addresses worldwide, so it's time for people and internet service providers to adopt IPv6 soon.

These are IPv6 addresses, with the last one being an IPv4 address.

Ah, I think I see what you're laughing at. When I said "should" I really meant "aught to" as in get there crap together cause if they don't it'll be problematic for people.

It's strange you notice different results depending on the tool. You're seeing 1-6% in CS Go, but PingPlotter shows near zero packet loss for those IPs. Check your network settings or configuration to ensure it's not misrouting traffic.

It might be a network issue somewhere between you and the server. Since other games work fine with minimal latency, the problem likely isn't yours.

It's strange you're seeing no packet loss for Google but higher numbers with pingplotter. Check your network settings, firewall rules, or try a different device to confirm the issue.
