Hey everyone, I’ve noticed sudden ping spikes lasting up to two seconds. Since I’m not super tech-savvy, please understand. I checked using Ping Plotter on a Windows PC connected via cable to the router and another time on a MacBook over Wi-Fi. The attached images show what I saw. I’m hoping someone can help me out—maybe it’s an issue with my ISP, but I’ve already talked to them without much success so far.

It seems like the issue might be with your ISP. You can try switching your network cable and connector to resolve the problem.
