Pin Shortcuts
Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information.
PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used).
Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, current usage.
List of all connected peripherals.

You should be able to drag the shortcut into the Start Menu or right-click it and choose "Pin to Start." Occasionally Win11 doesn't let you do this for shortcuts. My solution was to move the shortcut to
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, then find it in the Start Menu and pin it there. If that fails, a RegEdit adjustment might help.
FYI.
Registry changes should only be made after ensuring a complete system backup, including the Registry.
You might see some early results from these edits.
But a later update could fail or diverge due to unexpected Registry behavior.
Please keep this as a warning note.
