Hello guys. As mentioned in my title, today I upgraded my PC to a 5800x3d/b550-a Rog Strix motherboard and performed a clean install from USB. After a few hours of building and sweating, I installed Windows 11 and began installing my software. After some difficulties and annoyances, I was almost done until I noticed the Phone Link app wouldn't open. I tried refreshing or troubleshooting it via Windows, uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still didn't work... nothing, no response. Anyone have any advice?

What model and make of the phone was used?
Did you forget to pair it?
When I chose iPhone, I was asked to pair the device and there was even a QR code.
If not, check Reliability History/Monitor for any Phone Link errors, warnings, or messages.
Run the built-in Windows Troubleshooters—they might resolve the issue.
Then try "dism" and "sfc /scannow":
Links provided in the text.

When I set up Windows I noticed a pairing prompt during installation but I didn’t select it since I already had the Phone Link app installed on my phone. Now the Phone Link app on PC isn’t opening, so I can’t connect the devices. The phone in question is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro.
