Phanteks employ push-pull method, whereas cryorig does not. In my country, the price gap between them is about 6-12$, with Phanteks being more expensive and cryorig cheaper. Which option do you think is worth considering based on price and performance?

It's cooler now, but I wouldn't spend too much on the Phantom.
Get the H7 and be satisfied—you didn't mention what you need the cooler for. If it's just to swap the original, the H7 works fine.

see for yourself mate, theres about 4-5c difference, dont forget though, the h7 has one fan, stick another on it and it could become equal.

That was unusual, as some platforms show tc12dx as more appealing. I really value genuine insights from someone with real experience.

Get the H7 and be happy—you didn't mention what you need the cooler for. If it's just to replace the stock, the H7 is more than enough.
I don't have any of those; both H7 and TC12dx are out of stock at my local store. I got an Enermax ets-40f-w with a dual fan instead. -_- Anyway, thanks for your suggestion.
