Following the Windows 10 upgrade, I encounter problems when I right-click on the desktop and select personalize. Additionally, clicking the start menu and then settings causes a brief flashing window that doesn’t respond. The error message displayed after attempting to click personalize is http://imgur.com/gallery/dN53Num/new. I’ve looked into some solutions online, but none resolved the issue. Any advice would be very helpful!
