I followed suggestions from other forums and a Microsoft representative. I verified the 'Services' section, confirming 'Themes' and 'Desktop Window Manager Session Manager' were active. The theme settings weren't visible online (link provided). Microsoft support prompted me to run a CMD command to detect and repair corrupted or missing files. That attempt didn't succeed. Any further guidance would be greatly appreciated.

All windows fully open. Avoid reinstalling everything since the fix didn’t succeed. Make sure the online repair matches the command prompt version? Edited April 10, 2020 by Tree_tt Missed quoting
