I think I identified the problem—it was the GPU, specifically the GTX 1060. Over the past few days, while playing Euro Truck Simulator, Far Cry 5, and GTA 5, it kept occurring, often multiple times a day. I tried using the original GTX 745 card that came with the system, and after replacing it, things seem to be working better now.
