I experience no issues launching games; however, upon reaching the initial menu, a buzzing sound occurs. Subsequently, all audio within the game disappears entirely upon completion. I’m unsure of the resolution and would greatly appreciate assistance.

Access your computer’s side panel or enclosure and carefully listen for the source of the sound. Using a piece of cardboard, such as newspaper, can improve your hearing. After locating the origin of the noise, please share it with us. This may indicate a defective fan or requiring immediate hardware replacement. A failing power supply unit (PSU) could lead to complete system failure, and a hard drive (HDD) might result in data loss. If these components are still covered by warranty, you may be eligible for a new replacement.
