They completed a complete mess, but you did the right thing by letting us know. You should consider asking someone else from their side to re-examine your case. PUBG isn't free, so they banned you despite no wrongdoing and even went to great lengths to fix the problem for them. After paying them, that's a serious PR misstep. Hope they get you unbaned!

I was banned by BattleEye during Arma 2's peak popularity—it felt completely fake. My account was never restored, and they only replied with accusations of using third-party software! Arma 2 focused on mods, but I never used cheats or had anything that could be seen as a cheat. Since then, I've avoided any games with BattleEye.

He was even blocked without any reason, even though I played just one game and stayed three minutes without hitting anyone. Got banned after receiving a message about vmware while in the lobby. It was a pretty interesting experience. I noticed something similar happened to me in DAYZ, even though I didn’t play at all—just browsing the menu—but I ran a decompiler since I’m a developer. Just because I played on my work computer got me a VAC ban.

I had a good chance with Bohemia Studios then. I purchased a used physical copy from Amazon, but the key had a worldwide ban. They just asked for proof of purchase and provided me with a new key. I believe this happened before the game became popular among YouTubers (FrankieOnPC).
