The critical event says:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
So this is really not helping me, since I know the system crashed.
I selected Do Not Restart , yet it restarts anyway.
I crash in Second Life.
Also I checked and my BIOS is up to date.
I've cleaned the PC, replaced with better and more memory, installed a new fan. I also have other Errors in the Event Viewer. I'm at a loss of how to troubleshoot this. This is a purchased Cyberpower tower and it's 2 years old.

What is your standard shutdown process?
How long has the Thermaltake PSU been in use? (Original build, new, used, refurbished)?
Past heavy usage for gaming, video editing, or even bit-mining?

What error codes are shown?
Pay attention to warnings and informational messages—they may offer useful hints.
Check Reliability History/Monitor; it’s more user-friendly than Event Viewer, and its timeline might show trends.

Test with a standard power cord from the wall outlet to the PSU.
Have you inspected the power circuit from the breaker to the wall outlet? Are any other devices connected there? Do they seem to have issues?
Are there any temporary power sources like power strips, surge protectors, UPS, or extension cords along the path to the PC?

Everything is 2 yrs old except the new memory and case fan. I basically use Second Life...other than shopping on Amazon or searching on google so not really heavy use, although it crashes mostly when I'm on Second Life, even if doing nothing.
I do have an APC backup battery and the computer and monitor are the only things plugged in the top and a fan is on the other plug-in. I do occasionally hear the APC click...so I will buy a new PC cord just to check that is okay.
Never heard of the Reliability History Monitor before..here is a gyazo of that. I see that Windows did 2 updates yesterday and I had two crashes yesterday.

I have a word document of saved errors. There are so many.....the only one that is significant to me is the Application Error for Second Life (Genesis Viewer) SL. But here are the heading with the first line or two of each error:

Remove Second Life.
Check if system performance is better or different.
Execute "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to locate and repair any damaged Windows files.
Once more, assess whether system performance has improved or altered.
If everything appears normal and there are no issues in the Reliability History/Monitor showing decline or complete stop (give a few days for confirmation), then reinstall Second Life.

I finally reset Windows, yet crashes continue. Using a different viewer for Second Life still causes problems. Is there any way to determine if the issue is hardware-related? Second Life consumes a lot of resources. But I didn’t experience any crashes all day yesterday. Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks, Cheryl
Thermaltake 600W power supply model can be identified by removing the side panels and examining the labeled sides of the unit. If it belongs to the SMART series, it’s not designed for use inside a PC. There seems to be a hardware concern that needs investigation. You may want to check the BIOS version on your motherboard for more context.

It comes from the SMART series. Why is it not intended for use inside a PC—it's meant to be a power supply.
