Occasionally during startup I see a bright light or a boot indicator. The installation media (samsung 990 pro) is placed correctly, and the memory should fit based on a review that confirmed it with identical specifications. My Asus X670E Plus runs BIOS 1618, paired with Corsair 32GB DDR5 6000Mhz (CMH32GX5M2B6000Z30K), Ryzen 7800X3D Masterwatt 750W (Semi-modular) and an RTX 2070 Gaming Z from MSI. When the system starts, everything functions smoothly without any crashes.

Yeah thats normal. If it continues to light up and you dont boot after like 1-3 minutes then you do have a problem.
