Logitech doesn't offer any settings in Linux by default. You'll likely need to use a Windows VM to set it up and then store the changes on the mouse's internal memory. If you're really after Linux options, driverless drivers are your best bet. These devices often have straightforward hardware controls for basic functions.

Logitech mice function well on Linux using libratbag and piper. The main issue seems to be internal memory handling. It should work without sequence macros. Make sure you're using native builds rather than containerized versions, as I've encountered problems with Flatpak in the past.
