Hello,
I just bought the Q9650 processor and already have a Gigabyte GA-G41M Como Mobo. Can I overclock my CPU using this Mobo? If yes, could you help me out? I’m really new to this stuff.
Thanks.

You may be able to but I wouldn't. that is a basic board. Not meant for any heavy overclocking especially for a Q9650. You would either not get any huge over clock or fry the VRMs

You might be able to, but I wouldn't. It's a basic board, not built for heavy overclocking, especially with a Q9650. You'd likely not see significant gains or risk damaging the VRMs. Which board should I choose to efficiently overclock this CPU? I already have 8 GB of DDR3 RAM installed.
