I'm trying to boost my CPU speed but can't enable XMP. The BIOS shows the memory is rated at 1866 and also lists 1866 in Cpuz. Am I fine getting the best performance by overclocking from memory without using XMP?

XMP, (eXtreme Memory Profile), based on MB and CPU, it might already be correctly configured. You could try adjusting it slightly, but it should likely remain noticeable in benchmarks.
