System details CPU - 15-12600k MOBO - Gigabyte UD AX z690 ddr4 WiFi RAM - 32GB 3200 DDR4 Teamgroup 2x16 GPU - MSI Ventus 2x 3070 LHR PSU - Corsair RM 750w STORAGE - 1TB m.2 teamgroup additional note: bought three extra Corsair fans for better airflow, reached about 32°C at startup, over 40°C idle, and 72°C under full load. System was stable otherwise, but cooling was poor thanks to the Corsair case fans—only two worked and one failed. Added three more fans delivering ~1600rpm each, improving airflow significantly; max temps stayed around 72°C. With upgraded cooling, I could overclock and achieve smooth performance for 4K. I enabled voltage adjustment and used MSI Afterburner’s OC Scanner; after roughly 19%, the machine froze. All fans spun, but airflow remained weak, suggesting GPU issues. I tried a different HDMI cable, but it didn’t help. I connected my phone to charge, but it didn’t power up—possibly an I/O problem. This led me to suspect a fault beyond the OC Scanner. If this continues, should I contact MSI for an RMA? EDIT: Restarted the PC and everything functioned normally again. Still puzzled about the freeze response, though I’m confident it wasn’t intentional damage.**

It varies by location, but generally you return the item via RMA at the retailer or the part's maker. The shop where I purchased my hardware offers a voucher if you buy directly from the manufacturer, which avoids their handling. If I push for it, they’d need to process it themselves.
