I recently added a Ryzen 3600 and its idle temperatures are around 64°C at 3600MHz and 80°C during peak usage. The ID-Cooling 240mm AIO performed flawlessly for my i5 9600k, maintaining below 55°C under full load. I've installed the drivers and chipsets but they're still running high.

Did you set up the AIO correctly so the pump can draw air in?

Looks like the AIO setup might not be going well.

There is potential for air to get in, but i would hear it and it is in the same place as it was when it was cooling my i5 and that worked fine

I've set up the stock cooler and confirmed it's installed correctly with good airflow. Idle temps were around 67-72°F, and it handled full load without stalling. Might be a bad component.

I understand it's not about what I've tried to correct.

Which issue are you facing? Could be insufficient airflow. What are your current room temperatures?

nzxt h510 test results indicate side window was also removed during testing. Airflow should remain unaffected. Room temperature stays steady at about 20°C.
