Hello, fellow forum members. I'm facing a problem where my GPU performance drops significantly in certain games, leading to reduced efficiency. After enabling PBO on my 2700X, things improved but the GPU usage remained low. When testing with the Heaven benchmark, the GPU ran at full capacity (100%) drawing around 175 watts and delivering expected results when the CPU was idle. However, adding a CPU stress test with OCCT caused the GPU usage to drop into the 30-70% range, and the power consumption fell between 145-160 watts. This seems unusual—could be related to Windows power settings, but I suspect something more specific. Anyone have any insights or suggestions? I feel like this machine is acting strangely, especially with these specs: Ryzen 7 2700X, RTX 2060 Super, 16GB DDR4, downclocked to 3200MHz, Asrock B450M Steel Legend Apevia 800W PSU (80+ Gold). If you have more details, I'd appreciate it.
