I assembled my own PC a while back using those components. It looked like it could handle most games, but many of them struggle with low FPS—often stuck between 1 and 12 frames per second. What’s unusual is that reducing resolution or graphics settings doesn’t help at all, whether you’re at the lowest or highest settings. Despite having the newest drivers from GeForce Experience and seeing 200+ FPS in some titles, the performance remains poor. For instance, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition typically lags between 4 to 7 FPS, yet it’s not utilizing its full potential? I’m trying to figure out what’s causing this issue.

Join the discussions! Have you tried using DDU to reset the graphics drivers and reinstall the Nvidia drivers? Consider skipping GeForce Experience. What’s your GPU temperature like?
