Click your desktop with the right mouse button, open NVIDIA Control Panel, go to Manage 3D settings, select the Program Settings tab, pick Unigine Heaven as the custom program, scroll down to Vertical sync, turn it off, click Apply at the bottom right, and then run your test again.

As mentioned earlier, I disabled VSync in the global options. It seems I’m still experiencing the issue at 60 frames per second.

They skipped that section. Still, the app-specific options take precedence over the general settings. Be sure to adjust the configuration for the exact program and disable it as I outlined in my earlier message.
