Hey everyone. I have four 8GB sticks at 3200Hz in my system (Radeon 2700, MSI X470), but the boot only works with 1866 and CL13. All the sticks show up, yet only 16GB is actually usable. The latest BIOS I checked on older versions didn’t help either. CMOS reset didn’t fix it, and changing speeds or delays always brings it back to 1866MHz.

Hardware reserved indicates the storage isn't functional. This could result from faulty modules, worn slots, broken IMCs, or improperly seated components. Start by repositioning them and inspecting for dust or debris inside the slots.

It has been using a dual channel setup for many years and is currently operating at 3200MHz with 16GB of memory. The four dimms are problematic—any suggestions on resolving this? Also, the Eigenvector method was tested on all options, but nothing resolved the issue.

For a 3200 MHz setup you'll likely need two 16 GB cards instead of four 8 GB ones. Using four sticks puts extra strain on the CPU's memory controller, and some cards can't handle higher speeds with more than two sticks. A better option might be to go with slightly lower frequencies, like 3000 MHz.
