I purchased watchdogs 2, but it appears to perform poorly and consume many resources. My system specs include an Intel core i3-7100, 8GB DDR4 RAM, a 7200RPM HDD, a 1TB SSD, and a GTX 1050ti with 4GB GDDR5. When I play the game at 1080p on low settings, I experience around 30 frames per second with a high of 60 FPS. MSI Afterburner shows the GPU running at 130F at full fan speed. Could this be due to the game? Are there any solutions to improve performance?

I believe Watch Dogs 2 demands a lot of processing power, which explains why it performs poorly on an i3 processor.

It's frustrating when the game keeps crashing in the same spots. Even with a decent CPU, the GPU seems to be the main issue.

Trash game featuring optimization tricks, curious about how GamersNexus achieved 30 fps on Ultra with a 1050 Ti processor in Watch Dogs 2 benchmarks.

The games are not great. I’ll process the refund.

I foolishly accepted its price this week, promising never to buy another Ubishaft open world game. Those attractive graphics tempted me, but after an hour...Ubi-boredom crept in—why do games feel like work? Refund that nonsense!

The game doesn't work well with any setup. I only played it for about an hour before giving it up.

Watch Dogs 2 runs smoothly on high-end GPUs and appears stunning at ultra settings, though it demands significant CPU power. My i7 6700 struggles to maintain steady 50 FPS even with ultra enabled. Lowering geometry and shadows greatly improves performance, allowing me to reach around 60 FPS with occasional spikes in CPU usage. I've played it for about 52 hours, purchased the season pass, and found it to be an excellent upgrade from the original title.
