Hello everyone!
I've been experiencing some performance problems with my csgo lately. The game seems to lag when I try aiming or shooting. Also, whenever enemies peek at me, it feels like they are stuttering (if that makes sense).
My internet speed is 97 mbp/s download and 106 mbp/s upload. I have 16 gigabytes of RAM, a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU, and a GTX 1660 Super GPU. I also use a 144hz monitor. Despite having everything set up properly, the rig still feels choppy.
I'm playing at the lowest settings, using a 4:3 1280x960 resolution.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
P.S. Could Windows 10 be the cause of these issues?

It might be necessary to enhance system cooling by incorporating additional fans within your case. Check for excessive heat accumulation by taking off the side panel and rerunning userbenchmark. Increased heat will lead to reduced performance from the CPU and GPU, particularly with a Ryzen processor equipped with its own heatsink.

does the meaning refer to megabits per second with lowercase letters denoting bits and uppercase bytes? If yes, it seems the internet speed is likely too slow for the game.

Here is the screenshot of my speedtest linked.
For the SC of HWInfo, I'm including it as you suggested, hoping someone more experienced can review it and confirm anything unusual.

What are you really talking about? 100Mb equals 12.5MB.
The picture is too tiny to recognize anything meaningful—it appears as a thumbnail when I view it.
Run the userbenchmark from
https://www.userbenchmark.com/
and share the webpage link with the outcomes. It might highlight some problems with your setup.
