If you're using dual-rank 16GB sticks, expect constant issues—try checking with a burner for ICS settings. An 8Gb rate indicates dual-rank, but quad sticks still make things tougher than dual-rank.

Carefully examine the processor specifications to confirm it supports 4 sticks at 3600. It's not unusual for a chip to be labeled higher for 2 sticks than 4. Accurate latency settings matter especially when using multiple sticks per channel.
