I recently upgraded my PC with a 3070ti GPU, an Intel core i7 9700K CPU, and 16GB of RAM. Despite lowering the stream quality, I still can't play games or stream without issues. The CPU stays at full speed but the temperature reaches a maximum of 68 degrees Celsius.

What resolution are you using? Which games are you playing and what are you streaming? And what is your motherboard?

Resolution: 1920 x 1080
The games: Primarily FF14 or Monster Hunter Rise.
Mobo: Gigabyte z370p d3
I can run two games together without much trouble, but streaming Monster Hunter Rise will affect my FPS.
