Hi, I’m curious about the performance impact of running a VM. You plan to use it for a server with TeamViewer control, similar to a Minecraft server supporting around 10 users. Your setup will likely involve removing the HDD and adding an SSD for RAID 0, plus extra RAM if needed. I’d like to understand the expected performance changes and any suggestions for a better physical machine or alternative tools for TeamViewer. Thanks for your help—this is really new for me!

It shouldn't impact any system based on your hardware (providing a spec list would be useful). I usually run multiple VMs for servers, Bitcoin wallets, and other background tasks without any performance issues (i7 4770k, 780Ti, 16GB RAM). With 16GB RAM it should work well; less than that might need an upgrade.

Unless you're running a highly demanding process or your memory runs low, the system should handle it without issues.

You're correct. That was because I shared it in the wrong section. Apologies for the mistake.
