I did that too, it was set to 120, then raised it to 200, then to 4000, but nothing happened. I'm sure 150 will be the same. It doesn't seem related to a BIOS update since it was already struggling before I made and updated a month ago. Also, I don't think it's about the motherboard because I mentioned earlier I had a different CPU (10400f with a prebuilt board) and its performance was also low.

Your clock multiplier doesn't seem to have a strict upper bound, especially with Intel Boost enabled. You might observe performance changes when switching it on or off. At maximum CPU demand, temperatures rise noticeably but remain manageable. Undervolting can indeed assist in achieving higher utilization and speed under load.

My temperatures are normal, around 65°C when under full load, and I don’t think there’s a limit I’m hitting. I might try undervolting next time.

Ok so i have some news: First of all i gave cinebech another go, and here and only here do i reach the 150 to 170 watts. I just didn't notice before. What's weird is that HWinfo still shows that i am at 4400Mhz, while occt show that i am at 5100Mhz, but i do believe that i might be at 5100 MHz considering the power draw. Here's another issue i dicovered, my fan curves were not right at all and my aio fans never kicking to 100%. So i did reach the 150 watt draw on cb but then immediatly plumetted to 50w and then up to 150 again etc... So i was thermal throttling. I set them right, now when i do a cinebench benchmark, i start off at around 24000 points which is right, but then after 1 min or 2 i start thermal throttling again even though my fans are kicking 100%. I do seem to have a thermal problem even though it's not expected with my aio, my idle temps are 42°C which seems a bit high and even just launching internet launches it to 60°C. I'll try changing the thermal paste and resetting it in place. But i still don't think it's the issue though. After setting my fan curves right, when playing cyberpunk i'm still stalling at 100watts maximum. Even though i could in theory go to 170w for a min or 2. It just doesn't want to go higher. Also, occt shows 5100MHz when playing while HWinfo shows 4400MHz. I don't really know which one to believe since one cinebench it seems occt was right but on cyberpunk since i'm only at a 100w i'll expect to be more towards the 4400MHz. I don't know what's happening with that. The task manager is telling me wether i'm doing a cb test and drawing 170w or playing and only drawing 100w i'm still at 4,6Ghz. But then i launch internet and it spikes to 5.2 GHz. I really have no idea what's going on with that. Here are the photos of my bios you asked for: Edit: i just reinstalled my aio, temps are better, but i still get some thermal throttle further down the line when i push 170W. I guess my aio might just not be good enough for that. Doesn't solve the problem where i can't get more than 100w and 5Ghz in game.

I would reinitialize the BIOS to standard defaults, adjust the CPU fan speed based on optimal performance, and verify if any issues remain. The 13th generation K CPU are notably challenging to cool, as evidenced by users experiencing difficulties with 360 rads during short loads.

Realistic power usage requires testing CPU and GPU together under stress. Run both at maximum settings simultaneously—use the 4K benchmark and Prime95 at their highest levels at the same time. This will accurately show which component consumes the most energy. Just consider upgrading your power supply and cooling system if needed.
