yh so your target framerate is most likely set to 60, which is the default, and even then when your already at 80% usage there isnt really much headroom left. So we went from 100% cpu!!!!! to.... ??? What's not working? What are your exact settings? what was your expectation?
Eventually you'll still focus on boosting the CPU performance, but if you want to stay ahead, plan your next motherboard upgrade. Think about what upgrade you'll need and start saving a bit now. This is why I spent a lot of time researching and prepared my build to be ready for the future.
