What games are you enjoying? For basic titles like Minecraft, I wouldn't be surprised—high-end cards would essentially run Minecraft at idle. For more intense experiences, I'd lean toward suspecting a reporting issue. Ultimately, if your frame rates are solid, the reporting problem doesn't really matter.

It is for modern warfare warzone. My frames have stayed around 110 on high settings.
