I understand your point but from my experience the CPU stays cool during idle—around 40°C, and even on light tasks it’s usually 60°C at most, with brief spikes up to 70°C. Ryzen doesn’t really enter a low-power state at 1.4; it tends to stay in a moderate idle range of 0.2–1V or similar (though some monitoring apps struggle with Ryzen idle voltages). The benchmark tool shows only about 1% CPU usage, which makes sense. However, when I run Cinebench, temperatures quickly rise to 80°C and remain high, which is why keeping temps stable under load matters. Ryzen stays idle at zero volts, shutting down cores when not in use, which you can observe in the Ryzen Master interface.
