Hey everyone, I just assembled my first PC and everything went well until I started stress testing it with Cinebench. The CPU hits 95-100°C during the test, and I've tried lots of fixes—reapplied thermal paste, adjusted fan curves, checked orientation, even undervolting the CPU—but nothing seems to work. I still have no idea what's going on. My build includes an Intel Core i7-13900K, MSI Pro Z690 LGA1700, Corsair iCueH100i Elite Capellix cooler, and an MSI RTX 3070 Ti in an Airflow case.

Operate at 13900K on a subpar 240mm AIO. Upgrade to a larger 360mm model like the Arctic Freezer II for better cooling performance.

Confirm Arctic Silver paste installation accurately, applying the proper force. Adjust CPU fans in BIOS to 40% at 40°C and 100% at 60°C.

I swapped my 240 AIO for a NZXT 360mm X73, but the computer would freeze during startup. Windows attempted to restart on its own, yet it didn’t work. Could this mean I damaged my PC?
